GAVRANOV ROMAN "JEDINI SVJEDOK LJEPOTE" OBJAVLJEN NA BUGARSKOM

Roman Mire Gavrana “Jedini svjedok ljepote” objavljen je na bugarskom jeziku u prijevodu Alexandre Liven.

Izdavač je “Fondacija za bugarsku literaturu” iz Sofije.

Koristeći se različitim pripovjedačkim perspektivama, ovaj roman donosi suvremenu priču koja se događa u Zagrebu, te na Malti i na Lošinju, ovih godina. Glavni junak je introvertirani četrdesetogodišnjak zaljubljen u tajnovitu mladu ženu.

Neobični senzibilni akteri, rastrzani emocijama koje ih nadilaze, pokušavaju spasiti krhotine svoje intime.

Ovaj roman je, nedugo nakon objaljivanja na hrvatskom jeziku 2009. godine naišao na topao prijem u kritike i čitalačke publike, a do kraja 2013. godine bit će objavljen i u Nizozemskoj.

Djela Mire Gavrana do sada su s hrvatskog prevedena na 35 različitih jezika.

 
GAVRAN'S NOVEL "THE ONLY WITNESS TO BEAUTY" HAS COME OUT IN THE BULGARIAN LANGUAGE

Miro Gavran's novel "The Only Witness to Beauty" has been published in the Bulgarian language in Alexandar Liven's translation.

The publisher is "The Foundation for Bulgarian Literature" from Sofia.

Employing diverse story-telling perspectives, this novel recounts a contemporary story set in Zagreb, and in Malta and on the Island of Lošinj in recent years.  The hero is an introverted forty-year-old, who is in love with a mysterious young woman.

The unusually sensitive protagonists, torn apart by emotions that overwhelm them, try to salvage the fragments of their intimacy.

After its publlication in Croatian in 2009, the novel was met by a warm welcome from readers and the critics, and it will be published in The Netherlands by the end of 2013. 

Miro Gavran's works have been translated from Croatian into 35 different languages to date.
