Gosti predavači u Hrvatskoj matici iseljenika (HMI, Trg Stjepana Radića) bili su Nenad Bach, Ante Mandić, Mate Rimac, Ivan Mažuranić i Daniel Kolak. Vrlo interesantna predavanja popraćena su živim diskusijama i mnogim novim idejama. Među sudionicima manifestacije bili su Robert Schenk, Radojka Šverko, Miroslav Ćiro Blažević, Amanda Grbavac, Ljiljana Vinković, Branka Čubelić, Sven Maričić, Lucija Petrač, Marko Sever, Helena Peričić, Michael Glazer i drugi. Najveća vrijednost ovog susreta su nova sklopljena prijateljstva. Na fotografiji su Petar Ćurić (moderator), Mara Vitols-Hrgetić i Nenad Bach.

Trio LUR was formed at the Zagreb Music Academy in 2011. The three students have found their common ground in the Baroque era, and have continued their musical collaboration and friendship in the exploration of the later musical periods. Their repertoire is based on the compositions that were intended to be performed by the flute, the voice and the organ or the harpsichord, written by Vivaldi, Purcell, Händel, Bach, Bajamonti, etc. In 2014, Trio Lur had concerts at the Ceremonial Hall of the Pontifical Institute of Sacred Music in Rome, and in the della Misercordia basilica in Sant'Elpidio a Mare.

Makybe Diva is the most famous horse in the History of Mankind. Mr Tony Santic (tuna farmer), who its owner, is Australian Croat born on the beautiful Croatian island of Lastovo. The name of Makybe Diva is an acronym, derived from the names of five ladies employed at Mr Santic: Maureen, Kylie, Belinda, Diane and Vanessa. In 2005 Makybe Diva became the first horse in Australasian racing history to claim three Melbourne Cups and a Cox Plate. The jockey of Makybe Diva is easily recognizable by the jersey and the cap deocrated with elements of the Croatian Coat of Arms that everybody knows.

Ana Genc, Croatian pianist, studied at the Music Academy in Zagreb, at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, Austria, as well as at the Academy of Santa Cecilia in Bergamo, Italy. She regularly performs throughout her native country, as a solo artist, with all major orchestras, and in chamber. At the age of 17, Lana traveled to Japan for her first recital tour, which led. She has played recitals in Vienna (Bosendorfer - Saal), Cyprus, Bulgaria, Holland, Russia, France, Germany, Chile and some other countries. On her premiere USA concert tour, besides New York, Lana will play in Washington DC on Feb 25th, Baltimore MD on Feb 28th and Alexandria VA.

Croatian baritone Vitomir Marof graduated in Pharmacy at Pharmaceutical Faculty of the University of Zagreb and worked for several years in pharmaceutical industry. He also graduated in solo singing at The Academy of Music in Zagreb. Perfected in Vienna, Salzburg and particulary belcanto style (Verdi) in Rome. In 2008/10 he had Gala Concerts with Europasymphony Orchestra and mo. Wolfgang Gröhs in Weikersdorf Castle in BADEN / VIENNA; than several concerts in Vienna, etc. It is interesting that he has  his fans in Vienna who travel to Croatia in order to attend his concerts in his native city of Zagreb.

We have the pleasure to invite you to the exhibition My little piece of land, in which farmers from Croatia talk about their life and how they work in harmony with nature. The Exhibition Opening 4th March 2016, 4:30 pm, DG Environment, Avenue de Beaulieu 5, B-1160 Auderghem, Bruxelles, Belgium. The opening includes the buffet, tasting of the first bottles of rediscovered Croatian white wine variety Palagružonka from the island of Vis. The exhibition was created by Suske consulting in cooperation with the Croatian agency for environment and nature. On the photo Marija Martinko, Zagreb, a member of the organizing committee.

In January 11 2016, Mate Rimac had the honor to deliver a lecture about his Electric Car Startup in Croatia upon the invitation from the prestigious Stanford University, USA. The technological novelties of this company in Croatia, which now has about 150 employees (out of which only 5 foreigners), have raised enormous interest among global leaders in the field. The novelties are expected to have a big impact on the global production of cars and other vehicles in decades to come. Numerous excursions, professional and educational, are organized to the Rimac automobili co. near Croatia's capital Zagreb, including from Israel. Some of the principal investors come from China.
