HIGH-FLYING COCKTAIL The ultimate cocktail which can only be mixed by a barman freefalling from 10,000 feet has been launched in Croatia. The Wings of Zadar cocktail, based on the local Maraschino liqueur, is poured upside down so that the drink flies upwards into the mixer, and then shaken as the barman performs a series of somersaults. The drink is chilled by the freezing air rushing over the shaker - and then served on landing to the customer.
