Nathalie Rayes was sworn in as U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Croatia on January 10, 2024. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master's in Public Policy from UCLA (University of California), and is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Arabic.
