This is a true story of a war captain, dedicated to his family, the navy, the sea, different ships and submarines, etc. But it also contains many beautiful descriptions of the places and people he met along the entire Adriatic coast.
Ivo Robić 1923-2000 is probably the most famous Croatian pop singer in history. For Germany's Polydor Record Co he first cut "Morgen" in 1959, and in a few weeks the "Morgen" climbed to Germany's top songs. It was sold in more than a million of copies, half a million in the USA! He was a guest star in some prestigious USA programs: Perry Como Show of NBC, the Ed Sullivan Show, the Dick Clark Show, etc.
Ivan Meštrović sculptured 6m high equestrian statues representing American Indians, known as Spearmen or Bowmen. The sculptures have been created in 1926 in his atelier in Croatia's capital Zagreb.
