In New York City, Eve Ensler's new play "Necessary Targets" is becoming a forum for the discussion of women and war.
On Sunday March 10th at 3:00 PM there will be a special performance of Eve's new play "Necessary Targets" for participants in the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, followed by a panel discussion, "The Urgency of Implementation of Security Council Resolution 1325." Cora Weiss, Hague Appeal for Peace, will moderate the panel discussion.

The play, "Necessary Targets" is based on interviews with numerous people who survived the Serbian attack on Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The "Necessary Targets" provides a timely reminder of the effects of war and the need to arrest the war criminals Ratko Mladic and Radovan Karadzic.
