Hello, this is Nicole, Niko Hazdovac's daughter and i just needed some help from you. I am a student at USC and am doing a speech in my argumentation class about the fact that the United States does not include itself in the ICC. Therefore they cannot be held responsible for its actions in times of war. Well i am sure you are familiar with this topic as i have read about it on CROWN. I just really needed to find some more information concerning both sides. So if either you can give me some more information or refer me to a person, website etc. i would greatly appreciate it.
