One byOne Cheryl,Accepted where? Maybe we can start a trend and go with Macedo-Bulgarian, or Russo-Ukranian. I wonder how those people would feel if you said them it's an accepted practice? As for the academically, I suggest you check several distinguished American Universities offering courses in ex-Yu languages. Although they were slow, even them today offer courses in either Croatian or Serbian, but not Serbo
