Linguaggio Fluido Dell' Acqua
Hi, I'm Marie-Bernadette Rouaux . Four years ago, my passion for photography waked up again travelling with my family from Rijeka to Split for the first time, I was fascinated by the incredible beauty of your sea. But not only, your wonderful nature is source of inspiration for me and I enjoyed meeting people with traditional costumes in the streets of Zagreb, walking at Cigoc or on the isle of Solta at 6 a.m. For me taking photos is a great pleasure, to be always ready and quick or very slow too , a time to be loner , feeling the atmosphere, the beauty of the instant. Rodena sam u pogledu plavetnila. I come from the Bretagne coast, not far from Mont Saint Michel, North of France. I live in Italy, at Reggio Emilia where I took part in the European Exhibition on may 2011, the “Mostra Fotografica Europea 2011” as amateur photographer. A first and very positive experience for me, the exhibition was the place for dialogues, questions, emotions and silences. Looking at the photos “Reflections and Spaces”, everybody became creative, the time of a tide, the time of a moon, to the rhythm of a wave. Skladatelji , utopila se u njemu. I love the sounds of the Croatian language, I love the Light on your isles. Puno hvala for your welcome on the Croatian roads.

 “De fil en aiguille” in French (from the thread to the needle), one thing leads to another. As some pieces of a patchwork, I choose these few photos that recall me some “reflections and spaces” from Bretagne and some wonderful days in Croatia, its intensive blue and green beauty. I loved Varazdin under the rain, an evening at Zagreb, the river Sava near Cigoc, the green immersion at Plitvice, the Cadillac at Vitina in Herzegovina, the picnic at Majerovo Vrilo, the sunset on the Kornati, the isle of Solta where I feel at home. At 8 a.m., waiting for the departure to Split, I took two photos in the same moment , the rowboat on the quiet sea and the taking flight of a seagull. I felt the strange sensation of suspended time. When I take pictures, I feel fugitive sensations and deep feelings and it’s a great joy for me to share emotions without words, just going with the flow, “au fil de l’eau”.
