Four Croatian Railways' subsidiaries for sale

The Croatian Privatisation Fund (HFP) has issued tenders for bids for the purchase of shares in four companies in the state portfolio in accordance with the Decision of the Croatian Government on privatization of subsidiary companies of the Croatian Railways (HŽ).

The companies in questions are four companies part of the Croatian Railways:

1. ŽELJEZNIČKO UGOSTITELJSTVO d.o.o. (The Company is headquartered in Zagreb. Core operation of the Company includes hospitality and tourism and from 2001 after structural changes and joining of the part of Croatia Express d.o.o. the company operates as travel agency);

2. PZZ Inženjerinig d.o.o. Zagreb (The Company is headquartered in Zagreb. Core operation of the Company includes construction, project design, supervision, building maintenance and real estate management. Company further provides services of production of woodwork, wood made package, preparation of construction site, building construction, structural engineering, roof constructions, installation and final construction);

3. PRUŽNE GRAĐEVINE d.o.o. (The Company is headquartered in Zagreb, Međimurska bb. Core operation of the Company includes manufacturing and installations of steel constructions and maintenance of traffic infrastructure);

4. PROIZVODNJA-REGENERACIJA d.o.o. (Core operation of the Company includes manufacturing and repair of railway track equipment).

HŽ Infrastruktura  is the only member and holder of business interest in the Companies.
