Tom is a respected author who has published articles in Croatian and English dealing with cultural pessimism and the historical meaning of conservatism. He obtained his B.A. degree in literature and foreign languages at the University of Zagreb, Croatia, and completed his Ph.D. in political science at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He also worked as a diplomat at Croatia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We'll be covering a variety of topics with him that you won't want to miss!
