MORE GUESTS ON KVARNER THAN EXPECTED

According to estimates there were more tourists spending Easter 
on the Kvarner this year than expected. Some 13,500 tourists 
were registered this weekend in the Primorje and Gorski kotar 
County. 

ALMOST 25,000 TOURISTS SPEND EASTER IN ISTRIA

According to the tourist board of the Istria County there 
were 29,960 guests spending Easter in this northern Croatian 
county. The largest number of tourists were registered on the 
Porec Riviera, Pula and Medulin and some 15 camps were open 
for the holiday.

SOME 2,300 TOURISTS SPEND EASTER IN MAKARSKA

Some 2,300 guests spent Easter in hotels on the Makarska riviera, 
which was 10 percent more than last year. In Makarska there 
were 650 guests, in Brela 305, in Baska Voda 320, in Tucepi 
460 and hotels in Podgora, Igran and Zivogosce also saw a rise 
in guests.

OLD-TIMERS PARADE THROUGH NASICE

The eastern Croatian town of Nasice on Monday hosted the third 
international old-timer show. About a hundred old-timers, ranging 
from vehicles, motorcycles to tractors, as well as spare parts 
were exhibited on the main square of Nasice. The oldest exhibits 
were a 1923 Renault with wooden wheels and tractor manufactured 
the same year.
