Successful, growing trucking company has an immediate need
for a Dispatch or Fleet Manager for their Tacoma Washington
terminal.
YOU MUST SPEAK a CROATIAN or SERBIAN LANGUAGE FOR THIS JOB
RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE FOR MULTI-LINGUAL
CANDIDATES (position is in Tacoma Washington USA)
This job involves:
~communicating by phone or Qualcomm with truckers to advise
of assignment, routing or locations
~coach truck drivers on business behavior and resolve
schedule & logistical conflicts
~record departures, cargo, estimated time of delivery of
our trucks
~track driver availability, hours and pay by computer
~maintain D.O.T. Compliance
For this role you must be able to manage approximately 35
to 50 drivers.
For this role you must have:
~Extensive knowledge of the transportation industry.
~One year previous managerial experience.
~BILINGUAL (Russian or other Slavic Language)
~Ability to communicate effectively, verbal and written to
drivers and employees.
~Possess computer experience
~Knowledge of geographic locations and the ability to
calculate time and distance for these locations.
~Understand , monitor and assist driver to be in compliance
with D.O.T. regulations.
