On Sunday, May 19th, young Croatian mezzo-soprano Tanja Simic had her graduation recital which celebrated the end of her academic education.
This very talented singer easily performed a challenging program (see attached). Her smooth way of singing is not only a result of her talent, but also of diligent and hard work.
We should be proud of Tanja's accomplishment and share the joy with her. Moral and material help that she received from a few Croatian families from New York proves that by helping this young talent we also help our Croatian community.

Svojim diplomskim recitalom, u Nedjelju 19 svibnja, na prestiznom Mannes Colleg-u u New Yorku, mlada hrvatska mezzo sopranistica, Tanja Simic je uspjesno zavrsila svoju akademsku edukaciju. Veoma talentirana, velikih glasovnih mogucnosti, sa lakocom je izvela zahtijevni program. Lakoca njenog pjevanja ne proizlazi samo iz velikog talenta koji posjeduje nego i upornog i teskog rada koji je prosla do uspjesne diplome. Mozemo biti ponosni na ovaj uspjeh, i dijeliti zajednicku radost, sa Tanjom.
