USAID presents award at CSU

Paul Unger of Cleveland, who established the Unger Croatia Center at Cleve land State University and the Unger Croatia Institute for Public Adminis tration, will receive the Outstanding Citizenship Achievement Award today from the United States Agency for International Development. Kent Hill, head of the Bureau of Europe and Eurasia for USAID, will present the award during ceremonies at 5 p.m. at CSU's Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs. Unger, 89, who directs the Unger Foundation, is being recognized for his leadership in initiating training and educational programs in local governance for Croatia public officials at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and at CSU.
