I recall seeing her in a number of TV shows.

She had done a reading on NPR's Selected Shorts early this year of a story by Courtney Brkic. The commentary to same said she felt a connection to the story because of her own Croatian heritage. (seehttp://www.wnyc.org/shows/shorts/episodes/01022005 )

Hi! I'm from Croatia.I think she's maybe my distant cousin.I first saw her in Sisters like 10 years ago and i told my dad about it.He said she's probably his cousin ,cause his grandfather had a few brothers that all migrated to US.She might be a granddaughter of one of them.

Her paternal grandfather was Milan Eli (also known as Michael) Kalember who was born in Korenica in 1882 to Eli Kalember and Stefanie Varic.
