NGO Committee on the Status of Women will honor the recent women ambassadors, heads of UN missions at the United Nations in New York. The attached flyer gives more information. There are 9 new ambassadors.
It is my understanding that the President of the General Assembly, the President of ECOSOC and the spouse of Mr. Annan (Mrs. Annan ) will be in attendance.
