HI,
I'm looking for either a sublet or a roommate situation starting September.
I have a huge 2 bedroom townhouse (2200 sq feet) in North Hollywood / Studio City that is becoming available, so I'm either looking to rent the whole place out or a share.
The townhouse is on 2 floors, it has a pool, internet, laundry in the building and parking.
Great location, close to everything and a very quiet place to live.
And again, the bedrooms are huge, as well as the living room/ kitchen / dining room.
