Republika Hrvatska je država zemljopisno smještena na prijelazu iz srednje u Jugoistočnu Europu. Zemlja koja ima strateški dobru pozicija i nezagađeno tlo koje omogućuje proizvodnju zdrave hrane.

Poduzetnica Nevenka Topić iz Osijeka (glavni i najveći grad Slavonije, smješten u Osječko - baranjskoj županiji, na desnoj obali rijeke Drave) nakon višegodišnjeg uspješnog rada u preradi voća i povrća (6 godina) želi nastaviti proizvodnju visoko kvalitetnih proizvoda:

- 100% prirodno hladno prešani sokovi od svježeg voća i povrća, bez dodavanja vode, šećera i konzervansa, boja i aroma (sirovine iz intenzivnog i eko uzgoja),

- povrtni i voćni pirei,

- nadjevi za kolače od voća i povrća,

- džemovi od voća iz eko uzgoja.

Investitor ima osigurano zemljište s potrebnom infrastrukturom u Poslovnoj zoni Beli Manastir površine 2.250 kv.m. Na ovom području postoji jaka sirovinska baza što će smanjiti troškove i dati sigurnost projektu.

Investicijski projekt je tržišno orijentiran prema domaćem i ino tržištu. Ova vrsta proizvodnje ne postoji u regiji i predstavlja potpuno drukčiji pristup proizvodnji sokova, pirea, namaza, džemova i drugih proizvoda bilo iz konvencionalne ili ekološke proizvodnje.

Lokacija nove tvornice omogućuje posebne olakšice kod plaćanja poreza na dobit jer se nalazi na području od posebne državne skrbi (I skupina prema Zakonu o područjima od posebne državne skrbi) što poduzetniku omogućuje plaćanje poreza na dobit od 0% do 20%.

PROFITABLE PRODUCTION OF HEALTHY FOOD

Republic of Croatia is a Southeastern European country at the crossroads between the Pannonian Plain and the Medirerranean Sea. It is a country that has a good strategic position and unpolluted soil, which enables the production of healthy food.

Nevenka Topić, entrepreneur from Osijek (the largest and capital city in Slavonia, situated in the Osijek-Baranja County, on the right bank of Drava river) after several years successful work in processing of fruit and vegetables (6 years) wants to continue producing high quality products:

- 100% natural cold-pressured juices made of fresh fruit and vegetables, without adding water, sugar, preservatives, dyestuffs and flavours (raw materials from intensive and ecological cultivation),

- vegetable and fruit pastes,

- filling for cakes made of fruit and vegetables,

- jams made of eco fruits.

The investor has secured the parcel of land, 2,250 sq.m., with the necessary infrastructure in Business zone of Beli Manastir. In the region there are many sources of needed raw materials, what would decrease our expenses and give project a safety.

Investment project is commercial oriented to domestic and outlandish market. This kind of production does not exist in our region and it represents entirely different approach to production of juices, pastas, fillings, jams and other products from conventional production, as well as ecological production.

The location of the future factory provides special facilities when paying income tax (20%), because it is placed in the area with a special national care (1st group according to the Law about areas with special national care), what makes us paying the income tax from 0% to 20%.

Nevenka Topić is the owner of the craft establishment "Prirodno vrelo" (i.e. Natural Resource), which produces and sells all natural juices. Her craft establishment employs 6 employees and produces 7000 liters of juice every day (beet juice and apple juice), and the demand and requirements for her products are growing every day. She plans to move into her own plant, to introduce new products (grape juice, carrot juice and celery juice), as well as to produce the primary goods on her own.
