Niko Dzapo Croatian BMX racer - update
For the NBL ( National Bicycles League)
National Ranked: 53
Western Regional Ranking: 2nd in class (16 expert age bracket), 1st in Cruiser Class.
State Ranking (California) 2nd in Class, 1st in Cruiser Class.
Niko races in two classes, expert class and cruiser class(24 inch bikes)
Since he is ranked 1st and 2nd in California is automatically qualified to represent California on December 27, 2007 in Columbus , Ohio at the Columbus Convention Center for the President's Cup. Only the top 15 riders for each class from each state can qualify for this race. The Opening ceremony is at 8:00am and the race starts at 9:00am.
December 28th and 29th will also have the Christmas Classic race. This will be a two day event with over 2,000 kids participating. This will also take place at the Columbus Convention Center. Admission is free for spectators to watch these races. I hope we can see some Croatian folks out there to cheer him on. The race starts at 9:00am.

We are trying to design a jersey for him to wear and would like to have some input from your readers. The jerseys need to be long sleeved. If you look at the pictures you can see what I mean. It would be nice if we can incorporate the Croatian colors, Grb and pletar. |
