Croatian-born writer Josip Novakovich will give a public reading at Pennsylvania State University. Novakovich is the winner of the O.Henry prize, the most prestigious American award in short fiction, awarded to just 20 American short stories yearly. His list of credentials includes having been awarded a Guggenheim Fellowship.
