NFCA SEEKS SUMMER FELLOW
The National Federation of Croatian Americans (NFCA), a national umbrella organization involved in many priority Croatian American projects, seeks a bright and energetic person to work as a summer fellow at its national office in Washington, D.C. Primary responsibilities shall include fundraising activities, administrative work, and general assistance on lobbying efforts. Minimum of thirty hours per week, Benefits include a subsidized apartment in suburban Maryland for $250 per month (car is a must to get to the nearest Metro Station). Compensation consists of salary plus incentive compensation for fundraising results.
Requirements are some college education, excellent command of English, telephone, writing and oral communication skills. Knowledge of Croatian helpful but not necessary.
This is an exciting opportunity in the nation’s capital for a Croatian American interested in politics and public relations.
