The luxury hospital will be for private neurological, ophthalmic, and gynecological surgery. A 100-house post surgical rehabilitation center will provide medical supervision, and will also include a renovated yacht anchorage. The hospital will include 42 operating theaters.

The land was rented from the Croatian government under a 99-year lease. The investment consortium plans to bring top-flight medical personnel from all over the world to visit the center to perform surgery, in order to attract wealthy European patients.
