(He wrote these manuscripts almost hundred years before the discovery of America!). | - Od Hrvatske smo dobili više nego što smo očekivali- rekao je na svečanom otvorenju novog kongresnog centra Forum Zagreb, vlasnik Josip Hrgetić, porijeklom Hrvat, koji je s obitelji iz Venecuele došao živjeti u hrvatsku metropolu. Novi kongresni centar smješten je u trgovačko-poslovnom centru Green Gold na Radničkoj cesti, prostire se na 1.200 metara kvadratnih te ima 10 višenamjenskih dvorana za održavanje različitih vrsta događanja; od seminara, konferencija, tečajeva do različitih poslovnih i društvenih primanja. Vrijednost investicije je oko četiri milijuna kuna. Obitelj Hrgetić već 16 godina vodi kongresni centar u Caracasu Foro XXI gdje su, istaknuo je u svom govoru Hrgetić, organizirali više od 30 tisuća događanja i gdje imaju više od 4 tisuće klijenata. Novi kongresni centar u Zagrebu vodi Hrgetićeva supruga Mara Vitols-Hrgetić, porijeklom Latvijka, koja govori šest jezika, a među njima i hrvatski, dok Josip Hrgetić živi na relaciji Zagreb-Caracas kako bi i dalje mogao voditi kongresni centar u glavnom gradu Venecuele. Hrgetić smatra kako su individualizirani pristup klijentu te vrhunska usluga ključni za uspjeh u tom poslu. Na otvorenju je bio nazočan i savjetnik ministra turrizma Ivo Bašić koji je pozdravio otvorenje još jednog kongresnog centra u Zagrebu, jer se metropola između ostalog, želi nametnuti i kao kongresna destinacija.
