Brigita Matic of Croatia European judo chapion in 2012 in the category up to 70 kg

Brigita Matić, young Croatian judo master, became European champion by winning in a match with a Russian girl  Ekaterina Tokareva. The Eruopean Judo Championship was organized in Montenegro in the town of Bar, 22-24 June 2012. Her sister Barbara Matić was European judo cadet champion in 2010. Brigita Matić is a member of the Judo Club Pujanke from the city of Split (JK Pujanke - Split), Croatia.

The European Judo Championship was organized in Montenegro, in the city of Bar, 22-24 June 2012.

Brigita Matić je potvrdila zašto je već godinu dana prva na Europskoj kadetskoj ljestvici. Matić je zlatno odličje osvojila pobjedom protiv Ekaterine TOKAREVE iz Rusije. Tijekom natjecanja Brigita je također bila bolja od Aline LENGWEILER (SUI), Marie - Eve GAHIE (FRA) i Chantal WALHOUT (NED).
