Development and production of electric vehicles in Croatia

The development and production of vehicles in Croatia started in 1951 by a tram prototype. This was followed by several key mile-stones: trolley bus, diode type locomotive, thyristor type locomotive, thyristorisation of diode type locomotives, chopper trams, transistor tram, all the way to the transistor electric multiple unit (EMU) in 2009. The development and production of electrical equipment for submarines started in 1970 by developing and producing the main and auxiliary propulsion for a large submarine. This was followed by the development and production of the auxiliary and main propulsion for a small submarine. Written by Professor Zvonko Benèiæ, University of Zagreb.

(E) Ante Gotovina

Ante Gotovina    I do not know much about this man. What I do know is, when the barbaric hordes from the east bulldozed our Croatian graveyards, leveled our churches, raped our women as a tactics and weapon of war, this man among many others stood to defend Our Beautiful. The fact is that the Europe as a community stood by and watched, better to say encouraged barbaric hordes to finish what they started. This same Europe is giving us conditions, not to include us in their 'civilized community', but to buy us out like a banana republic. Most of the strategic industries are already bought thanks to spineless politicians or/and people who took advantage at the moment of war and confusion. If he wasn't a hero during the war and by all accounts that I know, he was, then today he became one. Official stand on the issue, the way I see the history and truth is still nowhere in sight. Wealth of information and poverty of attention, especially for the issues that are beneficial to many. Selfish subjects, like traveling with the first class or economy... are solved quickly. Enough said.  Shower Ante with love and affection. We Will Win. Nenad Bach Ante GotovinaP.O. Box 138882501 EW The HagueThe NetherlandsÂ

Cold day, with warm hearts. January 20th, 2009. In the first seven days, more good is done then in the last seven years. Transparency in the government addressed. Guantanamo. New emissions standards for automobiles. Environmental promises in progress. Reach out to the other side of the world. Creative ambition. Very impressive start. I've never seen anything like this before. Let's hope and let's participate.

This time around, information and misinformation is widely available, so it is more than ever up to all of us to make a difference. Read about stories of Croatian talented people, our true pride, true heroes and not just victims, people who contributed with more than their own life and suffering . CROWN Croatia.org  and CroatianHistory.net became the most visible Croatian sites in the world, outside of Croatia.

The CROWN forum is open and it seems to me that CROWN Forum is becoming what CROWN used to be. It has a greater degree of interactivity between CROWN, its members and people interested in Croatia and its culture. Enjoy it all.

As you can see it for yourself it is an amazing variety of talent and achievements. Just look at these faces and photos and if you are not impressed, you have already died but you don't realize it yet. Croatia and Croatians are making progress on many levels. We are regrouping after a huge setback that happened in the war. We took that negative energy and spin it into positive and creative one.

What Croatia should take advantage of is an enormous knowledge base in its own 5-10 million disciples all over the world. We who live outside of Croatia are equal patriots for our new country, but the huge difference is that we know both and can analyze what is good, better, bad or worse. And we have knowledge of implementation and a heart to do it.

Despite war devastation and after war economical devastation, by number of immoral people who sold their own country for their own profit, Croatia emerged as a winner for the whole territory of South East Europe. In the last seven years we moved from our eastern neighbors 35 years ahead. And this didn't happen just by chance.

(E) Croatian Critical Mass in New York and Elsewhere

ÂCroatian Critical Mass in New York and ElsewhereÂThe block is lifted from the bottom of the sea. Moment to create a blueprint for the Croatian CommunityJana, Vegeta, Kras, Klapa.Year and a half ago, I organized a meeting of doers in Croatian Community of New York with an intention to create a blueprint of what the community could and should be. To be more organized, coordinated and more efficient. That subject included: welcome to Croatians who come to New York for the first time, to funeral procedures when someone dies in New York and the family needs to arrange transport to Our Beautiful, during the emotional stress. Data base. From mostly culture to the business and food and etc. That was year and a half ago. Critical Mass didn't happen at that time and moment, but it is happening right now. ÂI will probably miss a lot, but as well list a lot of great things that are happening right now. Few days ago, we had a sale out of the Movie Theater for the film 'Ta Divna Splitska Noc'. Half of the audience, didn't get an opportunity to see the film, shocked that the tickets have been sold. Thanks to a good organization of Doors-Art Foundation, but as well our Critical Mass.Film Festival is continuing every first Thursday of the month. We have a successful now to be biweekly newspaper Croatian Chronicle with a reputable and a consistent edition. We have Mario Gallery that will co-host Queens Film Festival. We have Croatian American Academy celebrating 53rd year. We have regular Golf Outings that are beneficial for the whole community ( a great example of how to organize something that will be beneficial for Croatia as well as our new homeland - America). From janjetina to golf. One doesn't exclude the other, but that is a quantum leap. Three Radio programs in New York, some 30 years and counting. We have a first serious attempt to put Klapa singing on a world stage. Besides 200 NPR radio stations, Klapa Sinj and myself will perform at the America's best venues. We have Jana Water Âthat came to America in a big style. I heard that Target took Jana's products for the next year. We have NBC who just came back from Croatia, showing THE New Riviera to 300 million Americans. I was at ABC recently as a guest and they showed a great deal of interest in Croatia. New York Book Club in progress. Cultural Thursday at the Croatian Center. We have two priests, who are willing. We have a Critical Mass. The block is lifted from the bottom of the sea. Let's not let it go back. We need to lift it to the surface and then land it. For those who sit on the block, better move your ass, help lifting or just step aside. Do not drive 30 miles per hour on a highway if you are first in a row or on the top of the pyramid. Where are direct flights from The USA to Croatia. Why is this not happening? Who is responsible for that? Now that we are officially THE world tourist destination what is there to wait for? Coordinate your events and help each other. Maybe now is the moment to create a blueprint for the Croatian Community. ÂSvako dobro,Nenad BachÂOn a world stage we have an enormous talent (from amazing Ivan Ljubicic, now in Shanghai, that came to 4 finals and captured two. Now 8th in the world, Sanya Matejas on CBS on Monday. Davis Cup finals, in three weeks, Mario Preskar boxing his way to the top...hey, we need help, just to list all the success.) We also see Los Angeles community with Udruga being reborn. London (England) community on a steady path, Chicago's potential to be seen. (success of Ivica Grgic's website), San Francisco - San Jose community doing very well. Switzerland community working steady like a Swiss watch....we need to help few long standing Croatian Brands to succeed in the world, to become world brands. Jana, Vegeta, Kras, Klapa.ÂAdd your own thought. Napisite sto vi mislite:letters@croatianworld.net Â

Letters to Josip Jovic email to: vinko.ljubicic@st.htnet.hr Phone calls (from USA 011) +385-21487-152 ; +385-21487-154: +385-21487-155.Send a letter to the organizations like: Reporters Without Borderswww.rsf.org Committee to Protect Journalistswww.cpj.org Thank them for their support, and ask them about, why was the support coming after the arrest. Like they didn't know it before or? What is the reason, that CNN, Helsinki Watch, Amnesty International, are not stepping forward or stepping forward so reluctantly? Where is Christiane Amanpour anger right now? The fact is that, what is happening right now, is an attack on our sovereignty. Try to do that with an American journalist or forbid to even think about British or French. Not just it would never happen but Carla Del Ponte would lose her job in a matters of hours. And lets not forget that who ever is doing this, should be responsible for the consequences. To be more clear, this should be cleared to the bottom, not like 45 years sentence to our general , that was changed into no sentence. Is anybody reprehended for such a mistake? Did our General Blaskic got a compensation for such a torture? Did Croatia got an official apology? Did anybody at the Hague Tribunal lose the job? I would love to know. At least incompetence at the highest level. ÂAnswer is that we have to do our part regardless what the world does or does not. So, go and do it.
ÂPerception is stronger than truth. Percepcija je snaznija od istine.Croatian 9-11, Hrvatski 11 RujnaDirektan napad na temelje drzave iz Haaga. Direct attack on the foundation of Croatian State from Hague.http://search.news.yahoo.com/search/news/?ei=UTF-8&p=croatia&c=news_photos Manipulation and distortion of history is evident on this page.10 - 100 million people saw, or will see this page. You decide how important that is for us.ÂFEEDBACK addresses on the bottom of the page. FEEDBACK adrese na dnu straniceDear All,This is Croatian 9-11. History is being systematically changed. It is the same situation as 1945, when Croatian partisans defeated fascism and than 20 years of Serbian propaganda distorted and changed the history in the books, articles, presentations etc. Croatian holocaust Bleiburg was out of reach for world media.Where is the outcry. Is everybody numbed or desensitized? This MUST stop. We can not control what other people (Hague, Belgrade, London, Washington, Paris) do, but we can control what we do.This few photos tell 1000 stories. First photo has a candle and info how Serbian people protested for peace, lost two lives and were against Milosevic. Yeh, right. In 1991 when 1 million stolen TV sets came from Croatia, who protested. When they were killing innocent grandmothers, children and patients in Vukovar hospital, who protested? Under that photo you have photos of two of our generals, being accused of war crimes. Candles = peacemakers, Generals accused of war crimes (rightfully or wrongfully) = criminals.THIS is a WAR against our country, against our people, against our soul. OUR WAR WAS WAR FOR INDEPENDENCE, WAR for FREEDOM from Serbian oppression. PERIOD. Nothing more, nothing less. Our generals are not even for discussion, except in the category of WAR HEROES. And here we go, they are sent to trial. Yes, I am against crime of any kind, but in the war when someone raise his hand on you, they lost their rights at that moment. And what is even more depressing is that those people who committed crimes are screaming against you on the world stage, creating perception of your guilt. For people who kill children and old ladies, lying is certainly easy to do. Proof is period from 1945-1965, where Antifascism is transformed into fascism, by the power of pen.At the same time, there is a court in Belgrade processing Serbian crimes in Vukovar. At least it could be Zagreb. You have to be blind not to understand what is going on. (read below)I rarely brag about my work for my country and people, but those who are informed know how much I dedicated my time and talent to unearth the truth. My family surely knows about it, not being around as much as I could. I am sick and tired of it. It took me 14 years to get some ears for the Croatian Cultural product which is finally on the way (Mr. Biskupic - Croatian Minister of Culture). I will NOT put another 14 years of my life to prove again and again what needs to be done. I've spoken too many times. Croatian government MUST understand, diagnose and act upon it. We have no spokesmen around the world ready to call for press conferences. Why? We do not have our Cultural Centers in the main World cities (New York, Paris, London, to start with). Why? Decisions are being made in those three centers. It is worthless to spend time and money preaching to the choir. CROWN - Croatian World Network ( www.Croatia.org ) is functioning better than you can imagine. Where is the (excuse my French) F...ING support? What do I need to do, except bring it on a golden plate, where undecideddecision makers observe. Most of the support came from Honorary Croatians, who care and understand more than we do. And I thank them so much ! Because, the CROWN message that I send every week is not just about Croatia, but better world for all. Talent is shy and it needs place of belonging. That is why it is so successful. In 2-3 months we will reach 1,000.000 visitors and the next year or two it will be that much every year. With almost no advertisement. Just your words of recommendation. But the words are not JUST. They are powerful.Brenda Brkusic is making a film called "Freedom from Despair". The subject is our history in the last 50 years through testimonials of people who lived it. She should be swamped with the financial support as well as CROWN and many other projects that leads are into better future, creating positive environment in the world, for the way other people see us.Music and composing and performing is my talent that I enjoy the most. Music only gives and never takes away. Friend that never leaves you, never questions your kindness and faults.War caught us all, not allowing us to exhale. If I do not see immediate reaction on this letter from the government and from the Croatian World community, I am done.Nenad BachEditor in Chief, Croatia.orgYahoo Page reads:A Serbian Renewal Movement supporter holds melting candles in Belgrade's Republic square, Tuesday, March 9, 2004, during a rally marking the13th anniversary of the massive protests of more than 100,000 people in 1991, against then-president Slobodan Milosevic . By Beti Bilandzic BELGRADE (Reuters) - Six men were to face a special court Tuesday charged with the 1991 massacre of at least 192 prisoners of war in Vukovar, Croatia, in a landmark trial that will test Serbia's ability to dispense justice for war crimes. "This is the first such trial in Yugoslavia because it is a case which The Hague (news - web sites) tribunal has addressed to domestic courts. This is a test of the local judiciary," said court spokesman Bruno Vekaric before the trial began. While the flames of ultra-nationalism which fed the bloody 1990s breakup of Yugoslavia were still hot, the U.N. war crimes tribunal was unwilling to trust former foes Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia with the task of judging alleged war criminals, who might be viewed as avenging heroes among their own people. Eight years have passed since fighting stopped, and Vekaric said the new court's prosecutor would be exercising "the highest level of professionalism without any political influence." The tribunal, in its most recent indictments, has focused on those viewed as the instigators of Balkan genocide and ethnic cleansing, and those at the top of the chain of command. Local courts in the countries involved in the 1990s wars are now being given responsibility for trying individual alleged killers, with The Hague's help. Three ex-Yugoslav army officers, the so-called Vukovar Three, are already awaiting trial at the United Nations (news - web sites) war crimes tribunal in The Hague for complicity in the same act as those now on trial in Belgrade. TAKEN FROM HOSPITAL AND SHOT The special court in December indicted eight men "as members of Vukovar territorial defense" for slaughtering prisoners of war at Ovcara farm near the eastern Croatian town of Vukovar. One of the accused died Monday, weeks after a suicide bid, and another has turned state's witness. The Croat and other non-Serb victims, nearly all men, were taken from a hospital and executed after Yugoslav troops captured Vukovar following long and fierce fighting during the 1991-95 Croatian war of independence. The 1991 massacre went on "from November 20 till early morning November 21" near the picturesque Danube town which was reduced to rubble by weeks of shelling, its swimming pool water turned black with blood. Hundreds of people including families of medical staff and Croat soldiers had packed into the local hospital with many wounded, seeking refuge from the siege, according to U.N. prosecutors. In a bid to show its determination to tackle the legacy of Slobodan Milosevic (news - web sites)'s rule, Serbia in 2002 passed legislation setting up a special prosecutor's office and a court to handle crimes committed during the Balkan wars of the 1990s. Newly appointed Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica (news - web sites) has said The Hague tribunal is biased against Serbs, and he wants all Serbs tried at home. His conservative-led minority coalition relies on the support of Milosevic's Socialist Party, which has threatened to withdraw its backing for Kostunica the minute another Serb is extradited to The Hague. http://search.news.yahoo.com/search/news/?ei=UTF-8&p=croatia&c=news_photosThis is one place where we react:FEEDBACK Sources for Yahoo!
(E) CROWN 2nd Year on a Website & a 5th year in progress

ÂIn the fifth year and a second one on the websiteÂDear All,December 25th 2003. Two years on website and in a fifth year of CROWN's (Croatian World Network) existence. 750.000 hits (amazing, isn't it). Approximately 500.000 this year. Over 2200 published letters in two years. A lot of work and a lot of pride and joy as well. I thank you for being the inspiration for me to go on. I hope to make a change this year to a new platform that will allow 10 other writers around the world to regularly participate with their submissions. Goal for this year is to make CROWN daily e-magazine. Which means, changes will be done on a daily basis. If we connect the dots that are missing and that is financing and talent. For writing and technical staff. I am bypassing number of technical difficulties for the last 6 months and it is very much time consuming and nerve wrecking. New site will be located onwww.Croatia.org which will lead you today to CROWN as it is.I thank you for your kind letters and wishes. I am amazed how much it means to you. We are making a progress every day. I want to thank again Eugenij Lezaja for creating the whole structure of CROWN, Marko Puljic for more consistent work on CROWN this year, our sponsors "Adriatic Travel", "Heart of Croatia Gifts", "Artificial Intelligence Design", "Enconet", "Nenad Bach Music Ltd", "Croatia Travel", "BRAMSON ORT College" and all of you who participate with your submissions and contributions. CROWN already became a significant website with a consistent readership and therefore, I will look for more strategic partners in advertisement. Numbers are proven for years. Runway was a long one. It's time to fly.I needed a brake this days, so my letter is short. Enjoy Christmas, Holidays, Hanukah, Kwanzaa or whatever you do believe or not. I wish you Merry everything and A Thousand Years of Peace on Earth !ÂNenad BachEditor in ChiefGlavni urednikCROWNCroatian World Network - www.Croatia.orgHrvatska Svjetska Mreza

(E,H) Editorial Audio Visual History Usmena Povijest

ÂOral or/and Audio Visual History Usmena Predaja ili Audio Vizuelna PovijestFuture Encyclopedia Buduca EnciklopedijaRadio Station Lijepa Nasa as well as CROWN as well as any substantial information on Internet is a part of the future Encyclopedia. Today's Encyclopedia is an academic project, placed as an authority on the subjects that most of the people have no knowledge. Very important and very valuable and in many cases, like history interpretation, very inaccurate, but spoken as an authority.CROWN will become a future Audio Visual Encyclopedia, like oral history. Not that that will be necessarily better of more accurate, but more democratic or more versatile, inclusive, then before. Internet is a begging of true democracy. What will it bring? Who knows, but at least we as a people have an opportunity and a privilege as well as obligation to our future generations, to write about ourselves as well as truth about Croatia. I to uvijek s pozicije autoriteta. Nenad BachGlavni Urednik, CROWNEditor in Chief, CROWNLetters@CroatianWorld.net

(E) CROWN on Internet - 1st Anniversary.

One Year on the InternetDear AllIt has been exactly one year since we started CROWN on Internet. CROWN is incirculation for little bit less then 4 years, but permanent version on Internetstarted on Christmas Day 2001. In one year we published 1150 letters, had275,000 visits (hits) to our website. For website that has not been advertised,it is an AMAZING number. I witnessed many new friendships and most of all wecreated a platform to find data and introduce your talent to other Croatiansaround the world. I desire to be more wise at this moment, but I need some restthese days. It has been wonderful. Help us continue this work.ÂI want to thank again Eugenij Lezaja for creating the whole structure of CROWN,Marko Puljic for more consistent work on CROWN, our sponsors "AdriaticTravel", "Heart ofCroatia Gifts", "Artificial Intelligence Design","Enconet", "Nenad Bach Music Ltd" and all of you whoparticipate with your submissions and contributions. Thank you from the bottomof my heart. In four years I've never asked you to recommend others of your kind, but I willdo it right now. We need quality people who are willing to change the world onbetter. So, think of 5-10 of your friends who are talented and willing to participate inthis arena of life. Introduce them the concept of CROWN and ask them to join us.We Croatians are Sleeping Giant. So talented andso under appreciated. Waiting for political vision and leader. Our time is NOW. We are strong and we can do it.Enjoy holidays !Nenad BachÂEditor -in-ChiefP.S. Please send me your suggestions on what was good in this first year. What was not and what would you do to improve the CROWN.

(E) Dalmatia dog - corrections will be made - one more letter

ÂÂÂÂ Dear All,This is a small and successful example, how we work together and have immediate success. Please stop sending Mr. Probert more letters. Actually, few more about Croatia being part of Yugoslavia should be sent. He had full 10 years to change it.There should be a team of people (maybe in the National Library, or wherever) who will:1. Change all misinformation that is floating around the world2. Implement new information3. Proactively place information about our history, sports, science, art and culture.best,NenadDear Nenad;Thank you for your suggestion.Indeed, the dalmation dog originates from Dalmatia in east Croatia. This entry will be amended shortly in the encyclopaedia. Yes there was a typing error in "strangers" but travellers is spelt correctly (I am English, not American ! )Apologies, no insult was intended of the Croatian people by refering to "Yugoslavia".Yours sincerelyMatt Probert----Author Of The Probert Encyclopaediahttp://www.probertencyclopaedia.comÂ-----Original Message-----Sent: 27 April 2002 16:56To: enquiries@probert-encyclopaedia.co.ukSubject: Dalmatian Dog - needs correctionDear Matt,Thank you for your kind respond. Dalmatia is in Southern Croatia. I will post your letter as I did the previous one (if you got more letters) on a Croatian websites. I hope that this will help some visibility for your encyclopedia. If you want some input for your encyclopediaYours sincerely,Nenad Bachp.s. Do you say dalmation or dalmatian dog? We say Dalmatian (in the USA). InCroatia Dalmatiner. because when you say Dalmatian, people would think of ahuman, not a dog.www.nenadbach.comP.O.Box 274Irvington, New York 10533 USAThe Probert EncyclopaediaFrom Places of the WorldCroatia is a republic in Europe. Part of Yugoslavia. My response:That one is outdated too.Thank youNBDear Mr.Probert,While I was searching the net for the Dalmatian dog, I found your beautiful Probert Encyclopedia.Since I found a misinformation and I hope that you will appreciate my time to write a letter to you, I would ask you to reconsider, changing the "Yugoslavian breed" into Croatian breed. To say the least, Yugoslavia existed only 70 years. Dalmatian Dog outlived many countries and political systems. Dalmatia happened to be part of Croatia. Croatians live there since the 7th century. Here and there, I call myself Dalmatian (my mother is), not that I do not behave like a dog sometimes. Joke aside, we Croatians are very proud of our new country and especially about our own history and identity, that even a dog reflects. Dalmatian dog is very popular in Croatia and it fits the character of who we are.ÂPlease take time to explore on your own, and if you do not have that time, we can help you find information about our dog. We are still learning the power of promotion, otherwise, I wouldn't need to write such a letter in 21st century. I hope that our Croatian government will finally understand the value of truth. In the meantime, let's change what we can, when we can.Sincerely,Nenad BachÂwww.nenadbach.comp.s. Travelers and Strangers were misspelled. I corrected it for this letter. When you change this information, I will advertise your Probert Encyclopedia on our Croatian community boards. There are 3 million Croatians in US and cca 10 million all together.

(E,H) Rules for submitting letters to be published on CROWN

ÂNow, you'll have it here on the web. I will appreciate that you keep exact form. Thank you.ÂSada imate na web stranici format u kojem bih Vas molio da mi saljete pisma koja zeliteÂpublicirati na CROWNu. Hvala.ÂÂNenadÂÂÂDear ALL,ÂÂYour letters NEED to be in a FORMAT, so if we choose to publish them it will be immediate.ÂI would ask people who send their letters to follow a simple rule that willÂallow me as an editor in chief to focus more on the subject then editing 50Âpages of incoherent fonts, trying to find some meaning on the page that hasÂinteresting title. So, these is the form that I need you to follow.ÂÂ(E) I leaned forwardÂSportsÂNenad BachÂFeb 15, 2002ÂNÂÂ1. First row, on the top of the page, looks like this:ÂÂEXAMPLE: (E) I leaned forwardÂEXPLANATION: In parentheses language mark (E) for English, (H) for Croatian,Â(S) for Spanish, (D) for German. The title should have less then 57 spaces.ÂÂ2. Second row is a category. Use categories that exist. Be sure to spell itÂproperly, because automation will create another category for that reason andÂthen Webmaster needs to go into database and change database. (more work). IfÂyou feel that we need more categories, please suggest that by creating oneÂ(just write it in the second row).ÂÂEXAMPLE: SportsÂÂ3. Sign your name as a person that is submitting the article or opinion or suggestion.ÂÂEXAMPLE: Nenad BachÂÂ4. Put the date in this format.ÂÂEXAMPLE: Feb 15, 2002 (first three letters of the month, space, date, coma, year)ÂÂ5. Write letter "N" which means no HTML. If there is HTML that I want to putÂÂÂin the letter then I'll change it into "Y" which stands for "yes". I am progressing slowly but surelyÂÂÂSample should look EXACTLY like this:ÂÂ(E) I leaned forwardÂSportsÂNenad BachÂFeb 15, 2002ÂNÂÂÂthis is where text startsÂÂDistributed by www.CroatianWorld.net.
(E,H) What is going on?

ÂÂTalent, honesty and brains.ÂTalent, postenje i pamet.ÂÂÂWhat is going on here. Croatia has been sold out. This letter is going to a lot of government officials and newspapers. Who can answer this question? Will Croatia be sold out under this administration? I personally do not know any details, but story after story, YOU are selling our Country. Am I wrong? Is it that I may not know enough?ÂAfter these two administration we'll be left like banana republic. We who live outside of Croatia are pretty much taken care off, but it is too painful to see the ship sink so fast. There is virtually no production in Croatia. Do, president Mesic and premier Racan have any nerves (not to say balls) to answer any of these questions. President Mesic's website calls for cooperation. Is it just a good PR?ÂÂThey are doing to Croatia whatever they want. Nobody is challenging them. Centuries of dictatorships kicked out the talent, honesty and brains.ÂÂMy conclusion for the Croatians around the world is just one thing. We have to unite. CROWN is one way. At least I am putting my money and time where my mouth is. Leverage is powerful when you use it.ÂÂNenad BachÂEditor-in-chiefÂCROWNÂÂSto se desava ovdje? Poluga je snazna kad ju se zna upotrijebiti.ÂÂNenad BachÂEditor-in-chiefÂCROWNÂÂÂcc: president Stjepan Mesic premier Ivica RacanÂÂZAGREB, March 8 (Reuters) - Croatia is expected to shortlist bidders from amongÂnine investors interested in insurer Croatia Osiguranje in 10 days time, theÂeconomy ministry said in a statement on Friday.
(E) Future of Croatia

ÂTo all the Croatians living outside of the homeland,ÂÂThis mail is my account of how I see the future of Croatia and it will beÂshort and to the point (as much as I can be talking about the future of theÂcountry). I am a Chicago born Croatian, grew up there and then moved toÂCroatia in 1991. I came with the expectation that the country would blossomÂand achieve at least a small portion of its potential. That hasn't happenedÂand the whole time I am wondering about what it is that can be done toÂimprove the situation.ÂÂAt first I thought a democratic system would be the solution, giving peopleÂthe freedom to prosper and to achieve their dreams. However in socialismÂpeople became so passive, irresponsible and corrupt. On the other hand, aÂdemocratic system relies on people being proactive, positive, responsibleÂand ethical - so in Croatia democracy only exists on paper.ÂÂThen I thought it was the legal system which would govern everything andÂweed out corruption. But you can make any system you want but if the peopleÂare corrupt they will find ways around it.ÂÂAnd then I came to the conclusion that it was the economy. Given enoughÂmoney, people would have their basic needs satisfied and then would be ableÂto truly contribute to the development of the country and think more longÂterm (and this is another problem, everyone thinks very short term). ButÂthis hasn't happened. You can make all the stimulation programmes for smallÂand medium-sized businesses but if the people do not have the right businessÂattitude and knowledge, nothing will come of it. And this has happened.ÂThere are litteraly billions of kunas that can be available to Croatians butÂthey either do not know how to make use of it or are to lazy to make use ofÂit.ÂÂTherefore in my opinion the future of Croatia depends on the people.ÂConcretely that means:Â- investing in a change in the attitude of the people investing in buildingÂup knowledge and skills of the general populationÂÂ- working with the top leaders in the private and public sectors to giveÂthem world class know-how and advice to carry out changeÂÂThere are a few (too few) of us in Croatia working in this field. MyÂorganisation, Horizon or Horizont in Croatian (more information can be foundÂon (http://www.horizont.hr) is one working in this area. Having lived in theÂUS, I would like to involve my colleagues abroad (not only the US) inÂworking with us and others in the field. I believe that if we are toÂcontribute to the country, the best contribution we can make is in theÂknow-how of the people.ÂÂI will stop here so that I do not go too much into detail and write moreÂfollow-up mails with information on what is being done and suggestions.ÂÂWarm regards,ÂÂAnte GlavasÂante.glavas@zg.hinet.hrÂÂÂDistributed by www.CroatianWorld.net.
Some of Your Letters

Nenad,I can feel your pain trying to build this web-site on a part-time basis. The amount of information you are tackling is enormous. I don't see how you can do all this without some financial investments. I'm not familiar with your back office operations or what you are doing technically to build this site - but automation can go a long way and tools especially for content management could make your life much simpler. Unfortunetly, as you already know, this costs money and resources to implement. Why not ask for member donations? $50 - $100 from each subscriber could go a long way. Personally I would not be opposed to an annual subscription fee. How about some advertising dollars? No matter how you cut it - this project is bound to grow and so will the costs. I would think most CROWN members find value in what you are providing and would be willing to support you.If it's okay with you, I will ask some of my web developers to look over the site and give me some feedback and suggestions. If you are faced with any specific issues, products evaluations/recommendations, software, hardware, etc. let me know I'll see what I can do to help.Feel free to give me a call. All the best,Zeljko FaciniNew York/New JerseySuggestions:NenadThe website is proceeding ahead swimmingly, I already use the archive stuff to pull out material for reference.I think you should switch over the timing of the articles on the home page and sections. ie the latest material first, rather than having to scroll down. Also maybe for the headlines should include an ariticle's title rather than a quote, it makes it easy to search for previous stuff. What about new, exclusive material for Croworld? I'm keen to get started on that. We can respond well to stuff like the History channel that way; an article linked prominently on the website detailing the programmes flaws and have at the end of it details of how to complain. You can get a whole extra crowd of people making complaints + also making the programmes flaws far more public - and thus embarrassing to those who sponsor it!Perhaps some kind soul could volunteer to deal with new material. Marko or John?BrianBrian GallagherLondon UKHi Nenad, Croatian World Network is a great idea. Congratulations, and thanks for all your good work for Croatian Americans and Croatia. Do you think it is possible to have under the umbrella of your Network a place for all of us to find obituaries, weddings, Croatian Tamburica Orchestras, and kolo groups, etc. that are part of the past and present? I would love to be able to browse through something of that kind, but it is too time-consuming to look up these things in every state, county or city of this country. Thanks again. Diane Zdunich >>Dear Diane,Yes, this is all planed. First we have to find financing strategy and little by little we will accomplish all of the above. I wholeheartedly support such information and thank you for being part of it.NenadHi Nenad,Let me see, a short bio..I am 27 years old, from Split - the most beautifulplace on Earth. I am working for a Croatian-American company here in Splitthat specializes in Internet and multimedia presentations, mostly focused onCroatian tourism. My both personal and professional interest and desire ispromotion of Croatia and its potential to the world in general. Quoting oneof the older songs from Split festival "Ca ce mi Copacabana, Acapulco iMadrid kad ja iman svoju valu kad ja iman svoju kalu tamo je moj cili svit"or loosely translated "who cares about Copacabana, Acapulco and Madrid whenI have my cove, when and my street which is my whole world"If anybody needs help, advice or any kind of information related to Croatia, and especially on Croatian tourism just drop me and e-mail. If I can't helpyou myself I will forward your inquiry to someone who can.I came across CROWN in a sig file of one of the e-mails I regularly receive. Can you please tell me more on how it actually works, like a regularnewsletter or some sort of a message board ...?Best regards,Vedran PrazenSretan ti put :)Moja struka je ekonomija a ne informatika, ali zbog prirode posla nesto sam pokupio znanja o HTMLlu i koristim PC. VedranSplit, CroatiaDear Nenad! It is some time ago, that our friend professor Marusic advised me and many others to contact you and to enroll into your subscribers list, as we did. From these days your engagement is really great and on behalf of many of our friends, before all in the name of the "World Association of Croatian Physicians" I would like to express my gratefulness and my congratulations.Only through your mailing activities we gained over 20 new members from the United States! I'm the process of creating a monthly e-newsletter for the Company. I would be happy to help.Let me know if I can do anything to help.MARY PAVICHDear Mr. Bach:In your e-mail of today, you mention on-line promotion of the CROWNhomepage. Banner exchange may be one of the ways to do this, especially ifyour banner is on a oft-visited site. My brother, Eric Milcic, owns and runsa very busy website called www.biznizmen.com and would certainly gladly andproudly display the CROWN banner, in return for a placement of his banner onyours. If this would be of interest, please contact him at:eric@biznizmen.comI have taken the liberty of providing your name and e-mail address to him,and he will probably contact you to introduce himself and his company to youas well. I hope this helps, and I will keep my eyes and ears open to assistin any other way I can.Kindest regards,Allen MilcicCanadaDear Nenad:Congratulations on a successful year working as the"unofficial" pr agent for Croatia. Keep up the greatwork! From this end over here, the Croats still really donot realize how much people like yourself in thediaspora are doing for them. Our people are strange, but they will come around eventually. If there is anything that I can do to help expand yoursphere of influence and contacts, please let me know. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.Sincerely,Nicholas Cetinic-PetrisDubrovnikDear Nenad:Thanks for your response: That will be okay if you add it on later. Iunderstand well the technical problems that can occur when putting up a website. Best of luck. I am now an Australian citizen but was born and raisedin Canada (of English/Scottish ancestry), and made Australia my home when Imet my husband there who is from Policnik, near Zadar. We have built ahouse there. Croatia is so fantastic. Regards, Jean W. Lunt-MarinovicAustraliaDear fellow CroatsThis daunting and laudable challange should not be ruined by petty clannish squabbles. Comments should be kept brief and incisive. The net must function as a pedagogical + educational tool in sounding out broader foreign perspectives of the Croatian plight and agenda.1. Focus on political issues within wider geopolitical and geohistorical framework - using always simple readable yet perfect English. We do not need to convince the convinced!2. The net must hook up and cater to the ignorant ones in the USA; the media, particularly, it must tackle the USA media coverage of Croatia's recent history, the semi-kangaroo Hague proceedings, etc.3. It must gently start demolishing piled up myths and EastCoast hearsays about the Croatian identity.4. Based on evidence of at least five CROWN forum people, it must expose, in a soft spoken manner, croniism, corruption and crime of the past-present-would-be Croat elites -regardless of their left-right- facho-commie pedigree.5. It must give due credit to thousands of anonymous Croat houswifes and foreign volunteers from Vancouver to Perth from Malmoe to Durban who, from 1990-1995 collected hardware, money, baked cakes and gave lots of pesos, DMs and truckloads of greenbacks in order to enable Croatia's present elites to be something. Remember the US proverb! "You don't get something for nothing..!"6. Based on evidence its must expose well paid incompetent "Croat" officials and diplomats - ignoring though vengence and their communist or anti-communist past. If however, the official is incompetent by Western standards, and happens to be a former Yugo or KOS-Udba snitch + indirectly owing his present career to the killings of thousands of Croats, creating neverending exodus waves.. and to your/our charity, ask for "linkage": one crate of your former goods = firing of 1 incompetent Croat official. This may help us exit our past-present traumas.yoursDr Tom.SunicZagrebDear Nenad,While to my knowledge I have no Croatian ancestry, I am still very much interested in the people, the culture, the land. On October 1 of last year, a friend and I were set to travel to Venice where we would then board a yacht and cruise along the Dalmatian Coast for a week. We were so excited to be going to Dubrovnik, Split, Pula, Korcula, etc. Of course then September 11 happened and we were advised not to go at that particular time. We were fortunate to get a credit on our trip, but unfortunate in that the tour group would not be doing another trip to Croatia this year. Thus, we had to settle for France. We're excited to be going there in May, but we both still would love to visit Croatia in the future and see that beautiful Adriatic Sea in person! In the past year I have learned so much more about Croatia than I ever dreamed of. I find it such an interesting place and would love to visit one day. I think I can speak for my friend when I say that we would definitely be interested in a trip to that lovely country. Thank you for this wonderful group and excellent work on the website:)Sincerely,Sharon S.Dragi Nenad,Srdacne cestitke na novim web-stranicama. Srdacan pozdrav Vlado Polgarhej Nenad! I hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas and best wishes for 2002.Congratulations on the launch of your site. It is a great accomplishment and will hopefully serve as a big step toward developing a company that promotes and connects Croatians with each other and to the world. As I mentioned at our lunch, I developed a rough first draft of a Croatian media, marketing and entertainment company that uses its website as the hub for all activities. Rather than sending the entire text, I have only attached the overview page with this e-mail. I would enjoy reading your business plan and look forward to hearing your thoughts on my overview and any assistance that I might be able to offer you.
Letter from the editor Jan 9, 2002

Dear All,ÂÂThere are few things that I want to mention in between regular newsletters.ÂÂ1. If someone is coming to Sundance Film Festival (founded by Robert Redford)Âin Park City, Utah let me know. I may be there for the premier of the filmÂthat I scored. Film "The Meaning And The Making of WE ARE FAMILY" directed byÂDanny Schechter will show Saturday, January 12th at 2:30 pm at the ProspectorÂTheater and Friday, January 18th at 10:30 am at the Yarrow II. If I am notÂthere, feel free to introduce yourself to Danny Schechter. He was an advocateÂfor recognition of Croatia in 1991 and a human rights activist all his life,Âmulitiple Emmy Award winner.ÂÂ2. To view Antun Mates work please log on: www.antunmates.com. Opening of theÂexhibition will be in Hotel Plaza, New York on Jan 15, 2002 at 6 PM. AnyÂadditional info, you can get from Miro Sinovcic (Miro510@aol.com). 2M ART 140ÂJ Heitman DriveÂSpring Valley NY 10977 USA tel / fax (845) 425-5651ÂÂ3. In the last newsletter I mentioned Fuel Cells in a separate letter, askingÂif anybody is involved in this kind of research. Today's New York Times had aÂfront page article titled "U.S. Ends Car Plan On Gas Efficiency; Looks toÂFuel Cells" (White House Shifts Strategy On Future Fuel for Vehicles). ThisÂwas an intuition on my part. My point is that we as a small nation have anÂopportunity to be in the forefront of the new technology. Field is almostÂleveled and we have to put more into research and support of talent. Create aÂstructure of support for people of extraordinary talent. This kind ofÂnational vision will bring us to what we always wanted. Security, much betterÂstandard of living and the respect of the world. Winners do not explainÂanything.ÂÂNenad BachÂEditor in ChiefÂÂDistributed by CROWN - www.croatianworld.net - CroWorldNet@aol.comÂNotice: This e-mail and the attachments are confidential information. If youÂare not the intended recipient of this e-mail, you are hereby notified thatÂany dissemination, distribution or copying of this e-mail and the attachmentsÂis strictly prohibited and violators will be held to the fullest possibleÂextent of any applicable laws governing electronic Privacy.
(E) String of Pearls into shining neckless - Perle u blistavu ogrlicu

Dear All,ÂÂThe idea of CROWN (Croatian World Net) is to put all the pearls that we haveÂand WE DO HAVE plenty of them, into a beautiful neckless. So many talentedÂpeople around the world, from amazing surgeons to Oscar winning producers,Âpearl after pearl. It's time to make a shining neckless. A Pearl is a pearl,Âregardless of it's shape, color or size.ÂÂNenad BachÂÂp.s. I have received hundreds of great letters and compliments, since firstÂCROWN baby step. All of them positive. Stage is yours. We are strong andÂamazing. Can you imagine when all of the energy start to work together? OnÂthat note, I appreciate people who can take it. Stay in the game, stay onÂcourt. It may not be always what you hoped for or invision, but you have toÂadmit, there are moments when least expected, you shine with confidence andÂunderstand and feel the big picture. Good bad or indifferent, but passionate,Âhere we come.ÂÂDistributed by CROWN - www.croatianworld.net - CroWorldNet@aol.comÂNotice: This e-mail and the attachments are confidential information.
(E) some optimism on the situation for this past year

Since it's the Xmas season, we should, I think, in the spirit of theÂÂholiday, put some optimism on the situation. Here are some "Top 10"ÂÂpositives for this past year:ÂÂÂFirst, apropos of PBS, there was a show that played on WNET, the localÂÂPBS station in NYC, last month called "Croatian Roots" which thisÂÂCroatian-American young woman put together concerning her roots on BracÂÂ(her parents were born in South America and moved to the US). It was aÂÂhalf-hour program which was shown at least twice and was excellent.ÂÂÂSecond, the E! Channel featured Croatia on its Wild On show which wasÂÂshown in August; in addition to this, the show's host (I can't rememberÂÂher name off hand) featured Croatia on her pin-up calendar for 2002 (IÂÂsaw this by accident on E! the other night).ÂÂÂThird, I believe the Rick Steven's travel show (also shown on PBS)ÂÂfeatured Croatia this year as well (thanks to Hilda for that!).ÂÂÂFourth, the recent movie "Behind Enemy Lines" (which I admittedlyÂÂhaven't seen yet) puts Serbs in an extremely bad light.ÂÂÂFifth, Croatia was on the cover of Newsweek's European edition thisÂÂsummer.ÂÂÂSixth, the NY Times ran two excellent articles concerning Croatia thisÂÂyear. The first appeared in early September and concerned theÂÂexhibition of Trogir art treasures in Venice. The second appeared thisÂÂpast Sunday - a full page (no ads!) concerning the current art scene inÂÂCroatia. A third article concerning Istria appeared in the TravelÂÂSection in the spring.ÂÂÂSeventh, concerning the International Hamptons Film Festival - some goodÂÂnews here. Because of our vigilance in responding to the calumnies onÂÂtheir web site we succeded in having it changed (similarly, it appears aÂÂcorrection will be made in next month's Harper's Magazine re theÂÂ"600,000" Serbs supposedly expelled - Hilda's fine work came throughÂÂagain) - this, by the way, s a credit to CroWorldNet, Brian, Tony andÂÂother people who have these e-mail links and were able to get the wordÂÂout quickly and effectively.ÂÂÂEighth, the CAA successfully organized a Congressional hearing onÂÂCapitol Hill concerning the status of Croats in BH. AMAC organized aÂÂseminar on Vukovar at Georgetown whose speakers included JeanÂÂKilpatrick.ÂÂÂNinth, Goran won Wimbledon and was on Late Night With David LettermanÂÂ(where he made a pretty good showing).ÂÂÂTenth, Janica won the world championship in the women's downhill andÂÂcame in 3rd or 4th in a recent BBC (I believe) poll for woman athlete ofÂÂthe year.ÂÂÂThis is obviously all terrific and I think all of us should be proud ofÂÂbeing descended from a country that can produce such talent.ÂÂÂNow, to "rain on our parade" a bit. All of the things I listed aboveÂÂcame about as a result of individual efforts. The article in this pastÂÂSunday's NY Times, for instance, was written by a woman who went toÂÂZagreb for an international art critics conference - it otherwise wouldÂÂnot have been written. Hilda lobbied Stevens to do his Croatia show.ÂÂThe woman who did the show "Croatian Roots" certainly got no help fromÂÂthe Croatian government to do her work. The story of Janica Kostelic isÂÂtypical - she and her dad had to often sleep in their car when they wentÂÂto compete because they had no money. The successes of people likeÂÂIvanisevic and Visnjic in a sense came about despite the fact that theyÂÂwere from Croatia! How much more could be done if Croatia finally hiredÂÂa PR firm? Or established cultural centers abroad? Or engaged inÂÂlobbying efforts? With all due respect to Mr. Maglica and any otherÂÂCro-Am tycoons, these are things the govt should be doing but, after 12ÂÂyears, it continues to fail to understand that it has theseÂÂresponsibilities (and I am criticizing here both the HDZ govt and theÂÂcurrent govt on these points) (and I emphasize it is a responsibilityÂÂthat a country promote itself abroad as a meand to acheive its foreignÂÂpolicy objectives - its not for nothing that the US, UK, France, etc.ÂÂhave cultural centers in Zagreb; its not for nothing that countries hireÂÂPR/lobbyists in Washington).ÂÂÂConcerning things we can do, as much as a hunk of cash from a richÂÂfellow is most welcome, if many Croatians contribute reasonable amountsÂÂof money, we can be (and have in the past been) effective. My sense isÂÂthat in the past 3-5 years the pool of contributors has slackened offÂÂgreatly. However, I also beleive, from personal experience over theÂÂpast several months, that our community is begining to turn a corner.ÂÂIt is normal that there be an ebb and flow in a community's activities.ÂÂAfter 1995, for instance, many people became "deactivated" (I noticed aÂÂsimilar deactivation after Jan. 15, 1992 which lasted until the warÂÂbroke out in BH later that year). However, I sense there is an upsurge.ÂÂHere in NYC, I put together a dinner for people that I knew had beenÂÂactive in the past. I was pleasently surprised that we got over 20ÂÂpeople to come together to discuss things we should do on a local basis.ÂÂTwo of the woman at that meeting (Dinka Kalinic and Visnja Brdar)ÂÂsubsequently organized a social get together for Cro-Am professionalsÂÂwhich took place last Friday. Though a call for the gathering only wentÂÂout within about 2 weeks prior to the event and it was all done byÂÂe-mail and word of mouth, over 50 people showed up.ÂÂÂConcerning things everyone can do, let me remind everyone, as the end ofÂÂthe tax year approaches, that donations made to the NFCA CulturalÂÂFoundation, 1329 Connecticut Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20036) are taxÂÂdeductible!ÂÂÂI will, by the by, put together a list over this weekend of tax-exemptÂÂCroatian American organizations that I am aware of which I willÂÂcirculate next week and to whom I urge everyone to make contributions.ÂÂÂJohn KraljicÂÂÂÂÂÂJust to add a few more positive notes regarding Croatian accomplishments inÂÂthe year 2001, this time with a Canadian perspective:ÂÂÂ1. The Croatian Embassy project in Ottawa wins a prestigious award from CityÂÂCouncil in the 'Heritage Building - Adaptive Use Category" (and I am veryÂÂproud to say that my father, Josip Milcic, University of Zagreb alumni, wasÂÂthe Design Architect). The old historic building (built in 1875 and in awfulÂÂshape) was purchased and repaired with donations of funds and labour by theÂÂCroatian-Canadian community, and is a sign of just how much we CANÂÂaccomplish when we set our minds and hearts on a goal and work together;ÂÂÂ2. The premier hockey player in the NHL today, Joe Sakic of Burnaby, BritishÂÂColumbia, Canada, identifies himself in a newspaper interview as ofÂÂ'Croatian origin'. An interview with his parents discusses Croatia in moreÂÂdetail;ÂÂÂ3. Pete Mahovlich, former NHL great and current member of the CanadianÂÂSenate, publicly 'discovers' his Croatian roots;ÂÂÂ4. Janko Peric, member of the Liberal Party of Canada, is re-elected to theÂÂCanadian Federal Parliament representing his riding of Kitchener (Ontario);ÂÂÂ5. The Croatian pavilion at the Carassauga Multicultural Festival inÂÂMississauga, Ontario, is highly visited; guests included Mississauga MayorÂÂHazel McCallion (always a great friend of the Croatian community). This isÂÂthe same lady that, at a Serbian picnic she was invited to, started herÂÂspeech with (I quote) "Dragi moji Hrvati". :-) Needless to say, she hasÂÂnever been invited to a Serbian event again, but has had countlessÂÂinvitations to the "Father Kamber" Croatian picnic grounds since :-)ÂÂÂ6. My good friend Sandra Priselac was published in the University of TorontoÂÂscience journal (psychology department); a high honour indeed.ÂÂÂThere are more achievements, but, unfortunately, it's time for work :-)ÂÂÂKind regards to all contributors,ÂÂÂAllen MilcicÂÂMississauga, CanadaÂÂÂNotice: This e-mail and the attachments are confidential information.
(E) Dear new subscribers

Dear new subscribers,ÂÂI welcome you. We already entered the third year how I started this CROWNÂ(Croatian World Net) network out of desperation, not an inspiration. You whoÂread it and act upon it are the value of this network. My function is to keepÂit going and not allow to discuss old rhetoric over and over. Not preach toÂthe choir but to the audience.ÂÂIt is a NONCONFORMIST type of communication, because I think that poetry andÂmusic and news and history and politics and many more are part of our dailyÂlife. We who are outside of Croatia, and the list is 99% of such, have aÂcommon interest and many of us have similar experiences in our out-of-countryÂliving. So, we are the focus of this global group. On the list there areÂHollywood producers and Harvard students, Sydney's entrepreneurs and New YorkÂmusicians, New Mexico poets and Italian businesswomen. The range is wide andÂbeautiful. Friends from Sweden and Japan. Doctors from Zagreb and Norway.ÂÂWe are all over the globe and willing to help "our beautiful" as well asÂourselves. Coordination, exchange of ideas, tolerance and allowing others toÂbe who they are...Small minds talk about other people, average about eventsÂand great ones about ideas.ÂÂI witnessed many new friendships, employment, published letters in the majorÂworld publications, even a real estate deals. These were all done inÂvolunteers manner and I intend it to stay that way till we are able to employÂfew editors. People distinguish themselves with their inner ability, whetherÂthat is their intention or not. I see quality and that makes me very hopeful.ÂOur intentions can be accomplished in a short period of time. As of now I doÂnot advertise and the number of recipients are in thousands. I want quality.ÂPeriod. When the webpage will be functioning, then we can spread the word. IÂget daily up to 400 of your emails and on an average day I forward 2-3. If weÂhad a webpage it could be done in the way that you will receive once a weekÂall the titles with the link and you will pick the subject you are interestedÂin. Most of the ideas fell apart when people started to discuss amongÂthemselves old themes that are not resolved within us. My idea is to dealÂwith them on the paper and post them for the audience, but all the FOCUS isÂFUTURE.ÂÂIt's a tough job, believe me, to stay to the center. It is very easy to goÂleft and right, but to stay on the course is difficult. We entered the thirdÂyear of our not so small community that spreads to all the continents. I hopeÂto find financing to put this idea on the webpage so it will stay permanentlyÂfor everybody who wants to know about us to hear it FROM us. Not from theÂthird party as it was for the last 13 centuries. I also want to make such aÂwebpage self-sustained.ÂÂFew rules. No, curse words. Civilized behavior. Otherwise you disqualifyÂyourself in posting your letter of interest. There is a way to tell the truthÂand not offend everybody on the way to the victory. Croatian daily domesticÂpolitics is not our focus.ÂLetter in the Subject title is either E or H or both which determines theÂlanguage in the letter. English, Croatian or both.ÂÂSvako dobro, (all the best)ÂÂNenad BachÂfounderÂCROWN (Croatian World Net)ÂÂÂ
